Had my truck for 16 days. Charged me 136 dollars to quote me a new transmission would be 5100 dollars plus tax.

My wait time was way too long for the work I had scheduled. It took more than an hour and 45 minutes to change my oil, fuel filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter and to program a new key fob.

I sat there for 2 1/2 hours then they told me they were backed up and didn't know they when it would be done. they said my battery was low and then they charged it. why didn.t they just replace it. also i have to go back because they didn't have they parts. I went in at 9am and didn't leave until after one

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 2500 HD. Only had the truck 3 days and the rear ac didn't work. Call made an appointment, dropped truck off on Wednesday. 9 days later no communication about status of vehicle. I called in multiple times to see what was going on with truck. 2 and half weeks later I call again to speak with the service manager. He tells me that they are waiting on a part to come in. Week 3 I call again and find out they had broken my lift handle on driver side and was waiting on that part now. So basically 3 weeks in shop only 1 phone call 2 and half weeks into having my truck and broken parts that weren't broke when I dropped it off....absolutely terrible customer service.

Nice friendly service people. I like that there are snack bars in the waiting area. Coffee also. I like dealing with Roger or Henry in service. I also like how onstar sends Whiteside a message saying my oil change is due and then Carla calls me to set up an appointment. I don't even have to monitor my oil!
