My wait time was way too long for the work I had scheduled. It took more than an hour and 45 minutes to change my oil, fuel filter, engine air filter, cabin air filter and to program a new key fob.

Thank you for your feedback. We do ask that you allow approximately an hour for an oil change, which is consistent with GM standards. Additional time was required when adding additional services such as programming a key fob. We sincerely value your business and look forward to your next visit!
