I recently purchased a brand new 2023 2500 HD. Only had the truck 3 days and the rear ac didn't work. Call made an appointment, dropped truck off on Wednesday. 9 days later no communication about status of vehicle. I called in multiple times to see what was going on with truck. 2 and half weeks later I call again to speak with the service manager. He tells me that they are waiting on a part to come in. Week 3 I call again and find out they had broken my lift handle on driver side and was waiting on that part now. So basically 3 weeks in shop only 1 phone call 2 and half weeks into having my truck and broken parts that weren't broke when I dropped it off....absolutely terrible customer service.
