Brad was very cooperative with all my questions about the new truck. He also made sure that my requests were met in regards to what I wanted for the delivery of the truck. Very pleased that there was no BS and hidden terms and stipulations like other dealers. Brad was upfront and honest about the whole process.

Everything went well, except for the unusual long waiting time, (about 3 hours). After all, it was just a servicing and recharging the air conditioner unit. Regardless, they treated me with respect and I will always return for my services.

Went in to get oil changed and tires rotated. I wanted high mileage oil, and they didn’t have it in stock. No big deal for me, I will get high mileage next time. They found that my air filter and cabin filter were both filthy, and brought them to me to decide if I wanted them changed. I said yes, and they showed me some sludge like build up in my gas cap. They recommended some kind of additive. I said yes to that too. They were extremely busy for some reason, and all this took about two hours. I am glad I didn’t have anything pressing to do later as I was waiting for my car in the lounge. This morning I get in to go to an early morning appointment and there is store warning light on. So, I will have to go back and have that checked. That doesn’t make me happy. All in all this was not the best experience with Whitesides, but not a deal breaker either. Just do better, please.

My car was in the shop 2 months after I bought it for the whole summer, I lost my job because of it. The people who were supposed to be fixing my car wouldn't give me a straight answer for months I had to go to the better business bearu to get a real response from them

Went for oil change. Usually a tire rotation also but was getting new tires next day. Told service guy and he said he could sell us tires and quoted them. I declined . I left car there and went back to work. They called and said I needed air and cabin filters at $59 each and antifreeze flush for $189. I declined all . So I stopped on way home and got filters for total of $49. I watched you tube how to change cabin filter.Whiteside always did everything for me do it was my first time. When I took glove box out , the screw from cabin filter was missing, guess the forgot to put it back when they told me my filter was full of hair. Also checked with a mechanic and they , not one of yours said antifreeze flush didn’t need done till around 75,000 miles. So that was my experience there today. Also asked if new tires included free rotation if purchased there? He said no. So if each rotation was guessing $25 to 30 each time and over life of tires every 5k miles I would spend additional $250 to 300 extra .I purchased them elsewhere and they rotate for lifetime of the tires FREE.
