Confirmed Service Customer
Made an appointment through my GM app. My husband took my car in and was told I never made an appointment but “they had time to do it”. Showed proof of my appointment. They charged more than I scheduled for and didn’t complete my maintenance that I had originally scheduled. Not very impressed with this appointment.

The people working there are very friendly and they let you know what is going on as you are waiting. The waiting area is very clean the free coffee cappuccino, hot chocolate is Awesome!

I brought my car into the dealership because of white smoke coming out the muffler while driving. They couldn't duplicate the white smoke and eventhough it was still under warranty I had to pay out of pocket $132
