Confirmed Service Customer
My pamplet I got in the mail said they would do, 1st oil change w/ filter, tire rotation, fill Def and 28 point inspection. All I got was a oil change and tire rotation

We apologize that it was not sent to you at the time of your appointment, however were happy that we could send it to you today. Lastly, you mentioned that we did not fill your DEF fluid. General Motors does not provide replacement DEF fluid, only topping off the fluids.

Bought my truck in May 2023, been back 4 times for an issue that was promised to me to be fixed before I agreed to purchase and has yet to be fixed. Also was told when purchased that the vehicle has never been in an accident and it was, whole passenger side of the truck has been repaired and painted. Spent $40,000 on a truck that has been wrecked and then lied to about it by this dealership. Speaking with a lawyer to see what my options are.
