The dealer obtained the exact car I wanted down to the paint color. The communication with the salesman was very good. My purchase was easy. The paperwork was quick and was explained. Also the operation of the car and all the functions were demonstrated to me by the salesman to my complete satisfaction and I was told to stop in anytime for additional explanations of the car.

I did not have service done at your dealership on 2/23/24. I have bought all but one car there since my 30's and I am going to be 70 this year and will not be dealing there because of the service that I got and attitude and down right lies from the body shop. I was told there is a check that needs my signiture there and yours but have not been contacted yet. This infor is from my insurance company. I have never ever had service like that in my life at Whitesides. Thank God you have Henry and the other older guy there I forget his name because the body shop even sent my car out with me and they had damaged my tire. Henry took very good care of me like they have for all these years. We are going to buy a new car and a new truck in June and it will not be from Whitesides.

I'm just over here trying to figure out why you offer a warranty when you don't want to honor it. The changing of transmission fluid absolutely does not fall under the category of routine maintenance. I had a Honda Pilot with over 130,000 miles on it and never had to change the transmission fluid once. We've had more issues with this brand new truck than any used vehicle I've ever owned.

Went above the norm. Made an exception and did vehicle modification to accommodate my bike rack. Most would have thought it a trivial matter and discounted it all together, but it was vital to me and the service manager put in the leg work to make it happen.

I brought the car in for a service appointment, oil change, and to diagnose a p0420 check engine light code, they didn't change my oil, but also did not charge me, but also said they couldn't see any codes in the computer but my handheld code scanner shows codes stored in the ecu 3 months back. Yet get told all my tire pressure sensors are bad but they are not because i just had all my tires changed two months ago and sensors replaced too. Left the dealership, light back on. I spent 153 bucks for nothing. Probably won't return, this isn't the first time, they were unable to find a coolant leak too, yet I removed the splash guard found water pump leaking, had that fixed too. Seems after covid service is lacking they don't even do weekend service anymore and i work all week 9-5 with a 1 hour drive so it's not like I can just miss work all the time. Shame really as I had good experience there until recently.

They changed the oil. They forgot to reset the computer to show me the life time left. I'm also not sure they rotated my tires like they was supposed to do.
