Confirmed Service Customer
Service department is not friendly at all. I went in several times and just get ignored. No one ever greeted me each time I came in. I was told I was going to get a sample of the bad fuel and was lied to and excuses were made. Service guy would not even ask to see if they had a loaner while I waited to get $1,000 worth of labor done on my truck. No way would I run a business in that way or have workers like that in my service department, period. I called and can’t ever get any help over the phone. I’m driving in from out of town and can’t even get an answer if my truck is ready. I’m not sure if this is how things are just done up here, because I’ve never been treated like that in a dealership while I bring in a $100,000 vehicle to be worked on for that much labor cost. I’ll be making sure others know how my experience was here you can bet that.
