Confirmed Service Customer
My 2019 GMC Duramax was in need of service. I was informed it could be up to 2 weeks before my truck was even looked at which I thought to be unacceptable. I was informed they were down to 1 diesel tech and 1 transmission tech as they lost en employee to another job. So then I could understand why it was possibly going to take so long to get it diagnosed. In all the frustration in finding a rental which was a challenge I had forgotten a few personal items in the bed of my truck. I called the service department and spoke with Roger. I explained the issue and he went above and beyond to not only go check but he even moved the clothes to the cab so no one would steal them ! I was so appreciative that he would do something that seemed so stupid and small but really helped me out. After a week or so truck was diagnosed and fixed timely. I appreciate the hard work of everyone at Whiteside Chevy. I hope they find another diesel tech to help out as there are lots of diesel trucks in my area and customers having to wait 2 weeks to get vehicles fixed or even looked at is crazy. All in all GREAT experience with my warranty issues/svc
