Took our truck in for a oil change/tire rotation. When picked up they didn’t rotate the tires. Said they didn’t have that size socket. My husband then said yes you do. The assistant manager didn’t even know the correct size of the lugnuts. Then made an excuse that they were too tight and they could not get them off. They are the ones who put the tires on to begin with being that this is where we purchased the vehicle. My husband did get the front ones off to change the breaks. Completely unprofessional and lacked knowledge. Also when reported to manager of garage at white side. They did nothing!!!
Everyone is friendly but I have had my Equinox there 3 times for the same issue and always the same excuse they can't figure out what the problem is. Oh and even though I bought the extended it covers everything bumper to bumper warranty so I was told it hasn't covered anything so far.
I was experiencing the smell of burnt oil when I would go up an incline. Roger drove and didn't experience the same order, but put it up and checked underneath. He feels like he found oil that had been dripped during oil change - wiped it up. As of now I have not had the same order.
The wait times for scheduled appointments such as oil changes are unreasonable. On 4 different occasions, I have waited for 3 hours or more for oil change and related appointments. At the last appointment, I sat in the waiting room and saw my car parked in the lot finished for nearly an hour before my paperwork was ready to leave.
Kristen was such a great salesperson! Professional, knowledgeable, extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. She made us very comfortable with our entire process of buying our new vehicle
