I thought my oil change was every 7 thousand miles. when I picked up my car for its first oil change the guy told they recommend every 5 thousand miles because the oil can gump up and make the time chain rattle. That would of been some good information that my engine has some issues before I spent $40,000 on a new vehicle. Other than that everything went well.

I had to tell service person that there was discount on web page on oil changes. I would figure that he would bring that up to customers when they check out. When i did question about price on oil changed and tire rotation on my 19 Serria he told was told that the price difference was added shop cost when i got home and looked over i found that he charged me for tire rotation. Had to call back and have him remove from bill. It is a shame that everything is on website and for the person how does not access it has to pay more. You post of what your competitor prices are.

Henry was very professional. My only complaint was how much it cost. And they had to order parts and they come in wrong the first time I had to wait longer for them to send them again.

Service, tire rotation was to be done. Only oil change. Got home and they didn't even bother to put valve stem caps back onto tires or rotate tires. I asked person at desk to do this. He reassured me this would be done. So now I have to make another trip over and waste more time waiting for them to do what should have been done the first time. Makes me sad you spend all that money and service employees only do half the work.
