For the most part good> my appointment was for 8:30 am and my truck wasn’t pulled from staging area until at least 1/2 hour passed. My trust factor is still a little touchy after the bad start I had when I picked up truck when I bought it > things missed ,grease on my seat, and more !!! I’ll grade this last visit a B and hope I don’t find anything missed. Important note here > I’m a 63 year old recently retired Auto Shop operator so not being top shelf is going to draw my displeasure every time!!! Trust and respect are earned!!!
I had to go back the next day to see what the outcome of my problem was & still never got to talk to the Mechanic. I have a problem with my rear seat brackets rusting & was told that I will have to incurr the cost being the vehicle only has 20500 miles on it & I still have to bring it back due to the fact the shop person was unavailable. One thing Mark was very helpful.
We had a problem with our vehicle and It was taken in right away to be fixed. They had had a curtsy car to take us home so we could leave the car to be fixed. Early the next day they called and said it was done.
I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked the person at the service desk to make sure all the tires were inflated to the proper pressure (35 PSI), because on star sent me an alert that one of the tires had low pressure. When I left the service department with my car, I checked the pressure, and 3 0ut of 4 tires had low pressure. The dealer was also supposed to do some multi-point vehicle inspection. What did they inspect? What were the results of the inspection? Also there was no documentation on what the viscosity of the oil was. I hope it was Dexos at the correct viscosity. I look forward to your response.
