I brought my car into the dealership because of white smoke coming out the muffler while driving. They couldn't duplicate the white smoke and eventhough it was still under warranty I had to pay out of pocket $132

Jason, we appreciate your feedback and concern. In order to correct an issue, it is very helpful if the issue is present when we are looking at it. And since the technician did spend time looking for the issue, the diagnostic charge would be accessed so that the technician can be paid for his time.
