Confirmed Service Customer
Made an appointment through my GM app. My husband took my car in and was told I never made an appointment but “they had time to do it”. Showed proof of my appointment. They charged more than I scheduled for and didn’t complete my maintenance that I had originally scheduled. Not very impressed with this appointment.

Have never had any problems with this dealership. Totally satisfied
