I scheduled my truck for a recall and it took a month to get it in then I ask questions because it is an emergency vehicle and it has a big box in the back. They said all work would be done in the front of the vehicle. So I took it over waited an hour and a half before they looked at it and then they said they couldn’t do the job because of the box that was in the back had to be removed. I told them I had done everything in my power to make it as easy as possible for them and if this was not acceptable. Now it is going to take two more weeks before I can get the vehicle in and the box Hass to come out and I will miss another day of work.
