Confirmed Service Customer
Took forever to get anyone to tell me what was going on with my car. Was vague with details. Only part of repair covered on a fairly new car ( under 5 years and under 75k miles) even though I bought the extended warranty. ALSO didnt enjoy having to pay for a rental with a warranty job. Two thumbs down.
