I was told that they were behind and at best my car would be done 3 hours later. I rearranged my entire schedule so that my car could be taken that day. I got a call just about an hour later and was told that my car was finished. I don’t know why I was told that my car would take nearly three hours to complete to have it in turn be done in an hour. It not only inconvenienced my entire day, but family members as well so that I could get to the important meetings scheduled later that day. There needs to be a better system at determining the length of time it will take to complete a simple service such as an oil change. We can’t all sit at the dealership all day to wait on a vehicle and we don’t all have the resources to plan for another vehicle to be a back up for us.
My husband and I have visited Whiteside's many times over the last 20 years. The staff has always been very professional and helpful. Whenever we have need of service, they always get us in and out without a long wait. I would highly recommend Whiteside's to anyone looking for great service and great deals.
Very difficult to schedule timely oil change. Called several times. Each time was told it would be 3-4 weeks at least. Very disappointed, especially as the vehicle was bought new from Whitesides within the last year. I’m sure service Quality was fine, however ease of scheduling was difficult and time-consuming. Looking for other areas to have vehicle serviced.
I WAS, AS ALWAYS, TREATED WITH THE UTMOST COURTESY AND CARE.MY SALESMAN, BUD, ALWAYS SO THOROUGH WITH HIS THOUGHTFUL HELP. I AM TRYING TO GET BACK TO HAVE HIM SO OVER SOME THINGS WITH ME BUT HAVE BEEN SICK FOR A FEW DAYS. HE'S THE BEST.
