My appointment was for 2:30pm, I got there at 2pm. At 3:15pm I noticed other vehicles being taken care of and mine was still sitting in the lot waiting. Went in and there was 4 men standing there talking, the guy who helped me out went over to see what was taking time. Looked to me that my info was misplaced and missed. However, he tried to fix the issue, it didn't work because it was a broken part in a 2018 truck. They had to order the part, still waiting on a call saying it's in to go have it installed. Usually don't have a problem, this time wasn't such a great experience. Hoping the next will be.
I buy my car there, buy the extended warranty...but when something is wrong with my car I STILL have to pay to have someone drive it (just drive it) and tell me what they THINK the problem is and if what they THINK is wrong is covered by my warranty. I shouldn't have to pay for an estimate when I bought my car there. What is the point in my buying the warranty when I have to pay to find out if my problem is something thats covered.
Exceptional sales person. EXPLAINED every detail concerning the features on the car. Before I took car home I knew how to turn on windshield wipers, headlights, radio, heated seats and clock. Very good experience. All this new technology especially the telephone setup is sometimes over whelming for older people like me who hasn't bought a new car since 2012. I appreciated all the help I received. Thank-you!!
