The service is good ,always has been,but this is the third time this work on my Silverado steering has gone bad,the first two times it was done for free,thank you very much,but with a truck with only 46000 miles this should not happen,it?s an engineering defect,this should not happen to every 2000 to 2006 Silverado,go to you tube to see how many trucks are affected,I did have to pay $315,which I didn?t think was to awful,thanks for listening

This past experience was the only successful one I have had. This was due to the maint. Shop.manager Roger..he did everything he could to make sure everything was completed..warranty items covered..rental was ready on arrival..kudos roger. All my experiences the past 3 years there has been a hassle every single time...service dept needs help...1 guy cant do it all
Whiteside fixed my door lock problem with no problem after I had left it overnight. I am still having problems with the USB port to play music. I used to own a Sonic, and the USB port played the music that I ripped to it. This Spark will only play music that is formatted in the WAV format, and will not play any other types, yet my Sonic did. The service technician insisted that there was nothing wrong with the USB port. I was the one who determined I had to re-format and re-record all of the music on the USB Drive. Stlll, I am unable to read any of the song titles or artists on the re-formatted USB port. The car is less than 3 weeks old, and apparently cannot be fixed. Buying it was a mistake.
