My car was detailed beautifully. To my surprise, stains in the RF seat were completely gone. It looks like a new car inside and out. Tanner in the service dept. was friendly and effecient. I was able to pick my car up in the time frame that i was told.
Jolynn was great! But the manager is a different story. He did not even make an effort to talk to me after I realized my 2020 Tahoe I just purchased did NOT have a third row seating. Worked it out with Jolynn.
The guys did a fine job with the spray in bed liner but when they took the tailgate protector off they bent the tailgate on the upper drivers side corner. Not real happy about that. I am bringing the truck back this Thursday to show you the damage and have it repaired.
Whitesides did a good job. But General Motors on the other hand did a lousy job. They know they have a problem with their 5.3 v8 engines and do not repair them right. They only want to repair one lifter at a time hoping the warranty will run out first. Bulletin No: 15-06-01-002C
