Very poor communication. Arranged an appointment for recall service and specifically said I wanted it early enough to complete the repair the same day. I hadn't heard anything so I called and was very disappointed when I was told it would not be done because it was a big job. I then said I needed a loaner and while I did get a good loaner, I was told that I had to be there by 6 to get it, which was very inconvenient, because they would not be there after. This was after being on hold for quite a while and hearing the message that they were there until 8. Poor communication and not at all flexible about me getting there when I work an hour away.
Brought car in for free oil change for my tire free per year with the purchase of new car. Appointment at 5 taken back at 5:20 so I assume rushed through tire for one not rotated like they were supposed to be and on the receipt but worse than than no one even put air in them 28,29,30 and 31 I am very disappointed and to boot I have called last 2 days to talk to the supervisor to voice my concern because my boyfriend took my car for me because I have been to busy. First call left on hold for 17 minutes second call sent to a voicemail left message and still no call back 24 hours later very very disappointed in my experience.
When I went to pick up my truck they hadn’t even check out my complaint about the transmission yet. I had to wait for about another hour then they told me I would have to make another appointment to have the transmission tech look at it.
